Happy Galentines Day

Let’s hear it for the girls! Happy Galentines Day to all my favorite babes out there. Not really sure when Galentines Day became a thing considering I’ve always celebrated the only holiday I’ve known on February 13th which is Mardi Gras. But, with that said…grab your girls and celebrate Galentine’s Day right this year. I had such a fun shoot with my favorite blogger besties Gita and Sabrina a couple weeks ago and it really inspired me to create a Galentines Day post and you’ll see why. If you don’t have plans tomorrow don’t worry because I have some fun ideas for you ladies out there.

Dine Out

Big Daddy’s Diner on Park Ave is the ultimate spot to have a fun dinner with your bff’s. The decor at Big Daddy’s is incredibly fun, the milkshakes are out of this world, and the food menu is incredible. I mean if you’re going to stuff your face or eat your feelings you should do it right.

Go to the Movies

The good old past time of a fun girls night at the movies. I’d recommend avoiding a showing of a rom-com or 50 Shades of Grey, but you can’t go wrong with a comedy and a fat ass bucket of popcorn.

Get Drunk and Bar Hop

I mean it is Mardi Gras after all. Round up your fav babes and hit a local bar celebrating Fat Tuesday. The specials will be fun, the food will be spicy, and drinks ah flowing. If you happen to get drunk and make out with a random hot guy, then the evening wasn’t all bad.

Netflix and Chill

Throw on some PJs, pour the wine, order a ton of Seamless, and start a new Netflix show. Some of my favorite nights with my girls are just chilling on the couch and drinking bottle after bottle of wine.

Get Your Sweat On

I don’t know about you, but I love working out with friends. Whether it’s a dance class, spin, or barre it’s way more fun to workout with all your best girls. I’d recommend taking a fun dance class from Banana Skirt Productions or get freak nasty in a twerking class. If you’re gonna work out with your girls, you gotta do it right.

Karaoke Night

I mean what girl doesn’t like to have a couple cocktails and sing karaoke? Book a private room and just have a blast with your besties singing all the Madonna and Britney Spears songs you can until you lose your voice.
